The project is located in Rivas Vaciamadrid, Madrid, on a 41,000 m² plot within a newly developed urban area surrounded by public facilities such as schools and shopping centers. The facility was developed under a public concession agreement with a private client.
The program includes indoor and outdoor areas dedicated to sports and recreational activities. The main building features a public entrance plaza leading to a reception lobby. On the ground floor, there are changing rooms, multipurpose activity rooms, and an area housing indoor pools and a spa. The first floor includes a fitness room and additional spaces for guided activities. Technical facilities are located in the basement. Outdoor amenities complement the indoor program with paddle tennis courts, running tracks, football fields, various sports courts, outdoor swimming pools, and a solarium.
The construction utilizes prefabricated materials to enhance both energy efficiency and construction effectiveness. Sustainability measures include photovoltaic energy systems, micro-cogeneration, rainwater harvesting for irrigation, and high-performance insulation throughout the building envelope.
The complex is integrated into the urban fabric, offering a comprehensive sports program with full accessibility. Its proportions and layout have been carefully designed to harmonize with the surrounding urban environment.
